The Errazuriz Estate Sauvignon Blanc is one of my favourite white wines from Chile, with aromas of citrus and green apple. This carries through with your first sip, featuring tropical notes of lime and grapefruit with just the right acidity and a nice smooth finish. Refreshingly dry, this would pair well with chicken, fish or any salads.
