| In the past I used to drink a lot of Australian Shiraz, and recently felt a need to revisit this grape. The Epsilon Shiraz certainly does not disappoint, dark purple in the glass and features lots of dark fruit and chocolate on the nose. Done in French oak, it is great with the right combination of fruit, tannins and acidity with just a hint of sweetness on the long finish. |
