| If you're looking for a Rosé that's light, refreshing and fruity this one may not br for you. It's dry, bold and complex & has a gorgeous medium ruby hue. On the nose you get ripe red berries and watermelon. The palate has sour cherry & raspberry, minerality & savory notes. Its high acidity, high alcohol & complexity would make it a great wine to pair with Greek ribs, duck, pork, spicy dishes, seafood & chicken. I think it would be a very versatile wine! |
