Peter Dennis Cab 2013. Any Peter Dennis wine puts a smile to my face. I remember the first time Peter came to Winnipeg and nobody knew about his wines. Tico and the winehouse have been big fans and now Peter Dennis a household name! He spends a lot of evenings on my table. This cab is smooth and has hints of plum. Pairs well with most red meat or a rich tomato sauce. I enjoyed it with veal cannelloni and Caesar salad. Cheers Peter! |
