Tom used this wine for a Tasting Seminar - it showed very well. Medium to heavy body with typical Cab flavours (Vanilla, Cassis, Raspberry) The oak is present and there is enough tannic structure to give this wine some backbone. It stood up well with some semi sweet Chocolate which was a surprise. This wine is a solid add to many different kinds of food. Great wine to have on the table any time.
